The process of SiP project could be divided into2 stages:  

1. Engineer Sample Stage: (3~6 months)
Engineer Sample out need 3~6 months based on the SiP complexity. Generally speaking, below situations will take the longer time for SiP design.

● High pin count
● High speed
● High power
● More chips in the smaller package
● RF component inside

After specification confirmed, ChipSiP will do the substrate & structure design. Function verification and Burn-in test is also included in our service.

2. Mass Production Stage: (2~3 months)
Yield rate monitoring & improvement and logistics control is the main job in this stage. ChipSiP will guarantee the prediction yield in the agreement and handle all details to make production smoothly.
